Interior painting
Tell us which rooms and surfaces need painting: walls, ceilings, trim, doors or cabinetry. These are separate scope choices, so your estimate can clearly state what is included. Share any drywall repairs, stains or existing finish issues during follow-up.
Exterior painting
We review siding, trim, doors and other requested surfaces, along with cleaning, surface preparation and sealing needs. Deteriorated materials or repairs are discussed separately. Weather and surface conditions affect scheduling.
Preparation, protection and finish
Your written scope should identify preparation, protection of nearby surfaces, included repairs, paint products and cleanup. Colors and sheen are confirmed before materials are purchased. Tell us if the home will be occupied during the work.
