What is a home repair punch list?

A punch list is a collection of items that need attention around your home, such as damaged drywall, doors that stick, loose trim, worn caulking or flooring repairs. Send the items together so we can review the scope and coordinate related work.

Does submitting a list book a repair visit?

No. Our team first reviews your request and follows up to discuss scope, pricing and availability. Work is scheduled after the details are agreed. Recurring maintenance is currently an expression of interest, not an active subscription.

Can I include more than one repair?

Yes. Select every relevant category and describe each item, room, or exterior area in the details field. Your selections are delivered together as one request.

Is this only for past customers?

No. The Punch List is available to homeowners generally, including people contacting Bento’s Group for the first time.

What if my project is a larger remodel?

For kitchens, bathrooms, additions, full renovations, and larger construction scopes, use the Free Quote form instead.

How are specialized trades handled?

Bento’s Group reviews the combined scope and coordinates the appropriate skilled professionals, including qualified or licensed trades where the work and applicable requirements call for them.
